Last month, Made in the 604 hosted a community pop-up market dedicated to supporting and curating the best local artists, makers and businesses in Vancouver! Hosted at our historic pipe shop, this market focuses on supporting locals and keeping communities thriving, unique and strong. On October 16th, a group of local businesses had the opportunity to set up booths in the truly one-of-a-kind newly renovated heritage building, the shipyards Pipe-shop!

A massive congratulations to Champions Martial Arts Academy on celebrating its 30-year anniversary this month! They will be hosting an open house celebration at their martial arts academy on Saturday, May 14th from 2-4 pm. There will be games, door prizes, mini martial arts lessons, and much much more, so come on out!

Back again for its 12th year, the Greater Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is up and running all over Vancouver. This year, the festival is featuring some of the best chocolatiers, cafés, bakeries and ice cream shops that the Lower Mainland has to offer. All in an effort to make these dark winter days a little less gloomy, and a LOT more yummy!
